Our Family Tradition

For almost 40 years, our family has been preparing handmade doughnuts at the Pyynikki Observation Tower café. To this day, we still bake our doughnuts from scratch, fresh every day, in both of our cafés using the original recipe. Our doughnuts are a beloved part of Tampere’s food culture, passed down from generation to generation.
